Check Chain with multiple chains

If there are multiple chains, check chain will join these together (in the order the TAPs appear on the pin mapping) and treat them as one long chain. If check chain fails, JTAG Chain Debugger will then try a check chain on each single chain separately.

The following shows a failing check chain, which passes if run each chain separately.

When performing check chain with a project that uses the Optimised scans feature, each chain will be run independently, as long as they do not share a TMS or TCK pin. If check chain fails, the JTAG Chain Debugger will then run check chain on each chain one at a time.
