Cannot set net 'net' to be constant val - net is classified as a ground net

The system was unable to specify that a net is always high or should be always driven high, since it is connected to ground, either directly or via some connection.

Constant nets can be created if any of its pins:

• are a compliance pin specified in a BSDL file;
• are specified to be constant pins on the Constant Pins screen;
• have a disable value specified device file.
