Menus

The menus at the top of the XJTAGTakayaApp main window have the following functions:

File menu:

• Open Project... - select and open an XJPack (*.xjp) project file containing tests to run
• Close Project - closes the currently open project
• Recent Projects - allows selection of recently used projects
• Exit - close XJTAGTakayaApp

Tools Menu

• Options... - allows application options to be set.

Options

• Autorun tests when filename matches - if this option is checked, then if the name of the project XJPack file matches the Takaya project file, tests will be run automatically with no need for the user to click the Run button. For example if the Takaya project is called XJDemo.swex then it will match an XJPack file called XJDemo.xjp.
• Default path to search for projects specified by Takaya - when Takaya connect to XJTAGTakayaApp they can specify a project name. If a project matches this name in the directory specified, XJTAGTakayaApp will open it unless a project has already been opened.
• Obtain UUT Serial Number from Takaya system - at the start of testing it will issue a request to Takaya for the serial number of the Unit Under Test. This value will be available to XJEase during testing using the SERIAL_NUMBER string variable.
• Log DDE calls to Takaya - for troubleshooting purposes XJTAGTakayaApp can write its DDE interactions to a log file. The file will be written to the user's %APPDATA%\..\Local\XJTAG\Log\ directory.
