Warning 012: Net {net} has pins with conflicting internal pull values

Net net has pins with conflicting internal pull values. Pin pin1 has value value1 whilst pin pin2 has value value2. Internal pulls will not be tested on this net.

At least one JTAG device on the net is trying to pull the net up, whilst at least one other is trying to pull it down. Since XJTAG cannot determine the internal pull value of a net because there is a conflict between different JTAG devices then the net specified will not be tested for internal pull problems.
