Toolbar Features

The toolbar has several options which allow quick access to some common operations. Items are displayed greyed-out if the action is unavailable.

• Separate Screen - separates the current screen, or pops it back into the main window if it is already separated. In XJInvestigator, only the Analyser screen is separable.
• Project Management - opens the Project Manager for the current project.
• Variant selector - if the project contains Variants, this option allows you to select which variant is currently being used. It is available from the Run Tests, Pin Mapping, and Debug Connection Test screens.

Run Tests screen options

These options are available from the Run Tests screen.

• Export Test Output - exports the test output to a .xjlog file, which can be opened using the Log File Viewer.
• Print Test Output - prints the test output.

Debug Connection Test screen options

These options are available from the Debug Connection Test screen.

• Profile selector - only available if the current project uses the Dynamic Chains feature - the test on this screen is performed using the selected profile.

By default, the toolbar is shown alongside the menus, but it can also be configured to appear underneath the row of menus using the "Combine menus and tool bar on a single line" option in the Interface Options.
