LabVIEW Executables

If creating an executable using LabView 2012 or earlier, it must be configured to load .NET 4.8 assemblies as was done with LabVIEW.

A configuration file must be placed in the same folder as the executable, identical to that placed next to LabVIEW.exe, but renamed to '<applicationname>.exe.config'.
