Fixed Width Files

XJTAG will read plain text files that separate columns in the data by having a fixed width between columns and line breaks to separate rows.

On loading a fixed width file XJTAG will suggest column breaks in file by vertical lines drawn on the text. This is demonstrated below. If the columns are not recognised by XJTAG you can add column breaks manually by clicking on the relevant column in the preview window. Column breaks can be removed with a double click.
