AutoSkew

In XJDeveloper or XJInvestigator choose Disable AutoSkew from the Pin Mapping menu on the Pin Mapping screen.
From the standalone JTAG Chain Debugger choose Disable AutoSkew from the File menu.

The data in the JTAG chain can have an offset from the clock which is known as skew and is particularly likely when a long cable is used to connect to the target board. The XJTAG system normally compensates for this by applying an adjustment known as auto skew. This can be turned off by checking this menuitem.
