Analysis by Coverage Type
This report displays lists of pins according to whether they are covered or not for specific types of test coverage.
On the first wizard page you can select the board(s) for which to list the pins either by device or by net.
The second page of the wizard allows you to select the type of test coverage of interest and the criteria for the pins to meet:
- Show pins that are NOT tested for ANY of these types of errors
- Show pins that are tested for ALL of these types of errors
- Show all other pins
If you want to look for individual pins that are not tested for open circuit errors, for example, use the default options on the first and second wizard pages. The output contains a full list of the pins that are not tested for opens:
