TDO signal [on chain 'chain'] has series resistor resistor with value of value to TDO pin of device device. Recommended value is between minvalue and maxvalue.

The series resistor between the TDO of the final JTAG device in the chain and the TAP connector has the incorrect resistance according to the XJTAG DFT Guidelines. If the project contains multiple chains then the name of the chain in question is reported, otherwise that portion of the message is omitted.
