Vary Enabled State of Disconnects Dialog

This dialog allows for the enabled state of any disconnects defined in the root project to be varied. Each disconnect is listed in the dialog, along with its original net and any additional notes. The enabled state can be varied using the check boxes in the Enabled column next to each disconnect. Alternatively, The Set Enabled dropdown menu on the toolbar may be used to set the enabled state of all disconnects currently selected in the table.

If an additional disconnect is required it should first be added to the root project and disabled, before enabling it in the variant.
