File Operations

Contains operations for adding, removing, renaming, updating, syntax checking, hiding and previewing XJEase files.

• Add to Library

Add the selected files to the library project. Only enabled for files currently not in the library project.

• Remove from Library

Remove the selected files from the library project.

• Delete Files

Delete the selected files on disk and remove them from the library project. If a selected file is 'Not in Library' this will only delete the file on disk.

• Rename File

Rename the selected file.

• Document Changes

Document the changes to the selected files with a new change log entry in the version history and and incremented version number. If multiple files are selected they will all be given the same change log entry.

• Edit Part Numbers

Edit the selected file's list of associated part numbers.

• View Code

View the selected file's contents.

• Syntax Check

Perform a syntax check on the selected files.

• Hide Files

Files can be added to the list of Hidden Files, preventing them from appearing in the files panel.
