Hardware Options

Some users may have more than one XJTAG application open at a time, for example XJDeveloper and the JTAG Chain Debugger. By default, when the Run Tests screen is visible, XJDeveloper will hold the selected XJLink open until a different screen is selected, making it unavailable to other applications. This is primarily done so that XJDeveloper can respond to the Run button on the XJLink2.

Checking the checkbox on this options pane makes XJDeveloper release the XJLink when tests are not being run, allowing other applications to use it, but disabling the Run button.
