Panes

XJDeveloper has several helper panes, which by default are displayed at the bottom of the screen. They are all dockable, and so can be closed, hidden or moved to wherever the user desires within the application.

The available panes are:

• Assistant - provides step-by-step help in setting up the circuit for XJTAG
• Notes - free-form pane for entering any notes on the project which need to be preserved
• Warnings - pane which lists XJTAG warnings for the current project
• Errors - pane which lists XJTAG errors detected in the current project
• Uncategorised Devices - this pane lists devices about which XJTAG needs information in order to complete the circuit setup.
• Breakpoints - this pane lists all breakpoints in the current project.
• History - this pane shows the actions that can be undone and/or redone in a project.

The View menu at the top of XJDeveloper can be used to enable or disable the display of any or all of these panes.
