Scan ID Codes

Click the Scan ID Codes button in the Chain Operations section in the sub-menu of Check Chain to start reading the ID codes of the devices in the JTAG chain. The scanning will continue until you click Stop to stop running. The device ID codes will be printed initially, and only repeated if they change to help identify and instability in the JTAG chain.

This option is not available in Dynamic Chain projects.
