XJEase Troubleshooting
While running XJEase code, there are a number of runtime errors that can occur. Most errors cause XJEase to abort the test in which the error occurs, and mark that test as a failure. An error message will try to indicate what the problem is. If the Continue on test failure checkbox is ticked, the next test will then run as normal.
However, some errors are fatal and always stop testing completely, irrespective of whether the user has selected to continue on test failure. The most common of these errors is a "broken chain" error, which means the JTAG chain has stopped responding correctly and so XJTAG is unable to control the circuit properly.
