View Menu
From this menu you can make sure that any of the panes, toolbars, or Separable Screens are visible. If they are being shown but are hidden behind another dialog or docked window then they will be brought to the front.
Assistant - if the Assistant Pane has been closed it will re-open it; if it is part of a larger group of panes it will bring the pane to the front of its group.
Notes - if the Notes Pane has been closed it will re-open it; if it is part of a larger group of panes it will bring the pane to the front of its group.
Warnings - if the Warnings Pane has been closed it will re-open it; if it is part of a larger group of panes it will bring the pane to the front of its group.
Errors - if the Errors Pane has been closed it will re-open it; if it is part of a larger group of panes it will bring the pane to the front of its group.
Uncategorised Devices - if the Uncategorised Devices Pane has been closed it will re-open it; if it is part of a larger group of panes it will bring the pane to the front of its group.
Breakpoints - if the Breakpoints Pane has been closed it will re-open it; if it is part of a larger group of panes it will bring the pane to the front of its group.
History - if the History Pane has been closed it will re-open it; if it is part of a larger group of panes it will bring the pane to the front of its group.
Explorer - launches the Explorer tool.
Layout Viewer - launches the Layout Viewer.
Schematic Viewer - launches the Schematic Viewer.
XJEase Waveform View - displays the XJEase Waveform View, which gives a graphical representation of the information captured by an XJEase test.
- Separable Screen - allows the user to select one of the separable screens in its separated state, so that it can be shown at the same time as other screens in the project.
Test Device Files - opens the Test Device Files screen in a separate window.
Circuit Code Files - opens the Circuit Code Files screen in a separate window.
Logic Files - opens the Logic Files screen in a separate window.
Analyser - opens the Analyser screen in a separate window.
- Next Screen - navigate to the next screen listed in the left panel of XJDeveloper.
- Previous Screen - navigate to the previous screen listed in the left panel of XJDeveloper.
- Back One Screen - returns to the screen you were on before the current screen.
Code Editor options
These options appear when the Test Code Editor is being used on either the Test Device Files screen or the Circuit Code Files screen.
- Word Wrap - displays long lines across multiple lines each so that they will fit into the available width of the code editor, rather than offering a horizontal scrollbar.
- White Space - displays formatting marks for white space characters.
- Line Numbers - displays the number of each line in the file, on the left of the code editor.
- Code Folding - allows blocks of code such as functions to be collapsed by clicking on the "-" symbol in the left margin, and expanded again by clicking "+".
