Edit ICT Information Dialog

The Edit ICT Information Dialog allows you to associate an ICT machine with the board, to be controlled and used as part of testing. This dialog must be completed in three stages:

1. Select the type of ICT machine associated with the board.
2. Configure the ICT machine by selecting the relevant files.
3. Configure the voltage domains used for each net which is accessible through the external hardware.

When an ICT machine is associated with a board it will be available to be used through any XJEase test, and will automatically be used in the Connection Test. This can be enabled or disabled from the External Hardware tab on the XJRunner Setup screen. The Bus Access tab on the Edit Test Function Dialog displays which source will be used to read or write to a bus during an XJEase test, and allows this to be configured manually in order to either use or avoid using external hardware.
