Third Party Integration

XJTAG is able to interoperate with test equipment from other vendors. As well as being able to make command-line calls and be run from the command line, it has software integration with some other providers, in particular:

• SPEA Flying Probe and ICT machines.
• Takaya Flying Probe machines.
• Keysight i3070 series ICT machines.
