JTAG Chain Screen

This screen is where the JTAG chains on the UUT are defined. Once these have been fully configured, XJTAG is able to begin to determine which devices in the circuit are accessible and can be tested.

The screen is split into three sections:

• Chain Setup where the individual JTAG chains on the board are listed and can be edited. Selecting a chain displays it graphically below in the Selected Chain area.
• Selected Chain where the currently selected JTAG chain is displayed and where the chain can be configured by walking it and assigning the devices that are in it.
• JTAG Devices where all the JTAG devices in the project are listed and can be configured.
