PCOLA Scores

Here, the PCOLA scores awarded to any device this file is assigned to can be set. This is simply a case of ensuring that the File contributes PCOLA data to devices check box is ticked, and selecting the desired score for each property from the drop down lists.

Converting files for older XJTAG versions

Due to the way that PCOLA scores are stored within a test device file, such files are incompatible with older versions of XJTAG. However, unchecking the File contributes PCOLA data to devices check box will remove all PCOLA data from the file, resulting in a version which will be backwards compatible with older XJTAG versions.
