circuit-refs Element

The circuit-refs element contains a list of circuit elements that were referenced in the test output. Specifically, this means elements that were hyperlinked, either in a Connection Test error or via one of the XJEase function calls that creates a hyperlink: PRINT_DEVICE_LINK, PRINT_DEVICES_LINK, PRINT_NET_LINK, PRINT_NETS_LINK, PRINT_PIN_LINK and PRINT_PINS_LINK.
