Acknowledgements

TCK Frequency

The FREQUENCY keyword overrides the default TCK frequency. An M suffix indicates that the value is in MHz, whereas a K suffix indicates kHz. If no frequency is specified, a suitable value is derived automatically from the BSDL files associated with the JTAG devices in the JTAG chain.

Valid values for the TCK frequency for an XJLink2 are: 10kHz to 166MHz (in steps of 10 kHz)
